Parsons is roughly twice as likely as SVA to attach money to an offer. Ninety-nine of our 140 accepted SVA students received nothing.
But read the last column before concluding SVA is stingy. Its average award of $58,944 is larger than Parsons’ and above our overall average of $52,306. SVA is not spreading a thin layer across everyone — it concentrates.
